Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful fianc JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky father. Many people recognize me on Instagram, where I chronicle my journey - from the ups to the downs. I came to America with my parents and brother in the year 1990. At one and a half years young. I'm not here sharing my life with you if it weren't since my parents were devoted to determination and dedication. In order to give them an opportunity to live a prospering future, I aimed on achieving success and put in the effort in order to reach it. Within my head, I knew what the plan was for my future. Attend college, and then graduate. Be married. Purchase a home. Get kids. The lifestyle I had planned for me did not turn into. Money and the prestige of my job didn't make me feel happy. I felt as if I was wasting my life to earn an income. When I started to take steps towards my new life path I discovered the importance of personal training and that's the career path I was looking for. I have a love for fitness, and I love being around people and helping those around me. In 2014, I established my company and it will be 7 years since my birthday in 2021. Being an Asian female in this industry there are very few. As a coach, I want to make a difference through providing high-quality training that will help others become healthier and happier. In addition, I wish for others to be empowered to pursue their goals and achieve anything they desire throughout their lives. As my professional career took the air I also lost my mom. The loss of my mother is worst of everything. She fought a long and arduous struggle with scleroderma, and is resting in Heaven and with me in my mind and heart at all times. It is possible to learn from the world, even if it may be difficult to recognize it right now. The death of my mother changed me so much and I think she was the one who gave me a second chance in life. She passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. The day was her chance to begin her new life. I was given a second opportunity to live the life of a fulfilled and happy. As I enter my 30's, I'm alive and alert. I truly feel like I'm living my life today rather than merely living as I did in the past. As I share the story of my experiences, it's with the intention that people will be able to understand my experiences and thoughts. To know that they're not the only ones. Also, that there exists true love. Additionally, therapy is a necessity and it isn't unusual. In the end, your wellness is your greatest wealth. My hope is to live your the life you want to live and have your final resting place is not a regret, because that's all we can count on during this lifetime.
